Ivanovo machine-building plant "AVTOKRAN" from June 4 to June 7, 2019. I participated in the 20th International specialized exhibition of the construction equipment and technologies "bauma CTT RUSSIA 2019". At the F1/12 stand of street exposure of an exhibition new models of Resident of Ivanovo truck cranes and also the newest developments of the Ivanovo machine-building plant "AVTOKRAN" were introduced.

KC-45717K-3-58: the crane of the KS-25 CNG series on the KAMAZ-43118 (6*6) chassis.
The best-seller among products of OOO "IMZ Avtokran" traditionally is KS-25 series: 25-ton cranes with a 3-section ovoidny arrow. This truck crane the plant introduces at once four innovations which will be available in this classical series now.
Version of "CNG" (compressed natural gas). The truck crane is established on the gas engine chassis using the compressed methane in a fuel quality. At the same time, the system of the cylinders placed on the crane allows to fill the record volume of gas fuel – 1120 l.
The maximum cargo moment is increased up to 85 тм, due to use of an ovoidny arrow from metal of the Strenx brand and the strengthened support frame. Length of an arrow is increased up to 24 m, the maximum departure with the main arrow - up to 22 m. Such indicators are reached at the expense of a new design of an arrow and the increased size of a basic contour.
The truck crane fulfills the requirements of Rules of transportation of goods for roads of category 10 of the CU for axial loads in a working configuration. Load of the back cart does not exceed 15000 kgfs! The truck crane can freely move on roads, without being afraid of penalties and without demanding additional coordination.
The KS-25 CNG crane is a unique product: each of the listed features is the best indicator in the market. And their combination, besides, on cross-country chassis 6*6, does the first gas engine crane from "Resident of Ivanovo" by the offer best now for the Russian consumers of the hi-tech and eco-friendly crane equipment!

Air KC-45717K-3P: the crane of the AK-25 series on the KAMAZ-43118 (6*6) chassis.
At the STT-2018 exhibition last year Air KC-45717-2 - the Russia's first truck crane with an arrow showed to OOO "IMZ Avtokran" more than 30 m, capable to fulfill the requirements for axial loads for 3-axis cross-country chassis without need to dismantle counterbalances or other parts of a design of crane installation. That crane was installed on the Next Urals chassis.
KC-45717K-3P of the version of Air continues a unique line of "Resident of Ivanovo": 25-ton truck cranes with a long arrow on chassis 6*6 which are not causing to the operator any problems - neither with weight control, nor with need to remove, establish and transport separately its elements. In order that all these benefits became available also on the most popular KAMAZ-43118 chassis, we had to improve many knots of crane installation: in addition to known on the crane on the NEXT URAL chassis of the German planetary Zollern winch, ball OPU of the reduced dimension and the system of a teleskopirovaniye of an arrow by one cylinder is established here. As a result, despite simplification of a design, cargo high-rise characteristics of the new crane did not worsen in comparison with heavier predecessors.

KC-55717K-1: the crane of the AK-32 series on the KAMAZ-6540 (8*4) chassis.
Long time in a product line of "Resident of Ivanovo" there were no class cranes 32 tons. Today "IMZ TRUCK CRANE" introduces the car which at more affordable price offers the characteristics close to 35-ton cranes: the maximum cargo moment of AK-32 is 103 тм that concedes 105tm, standard for 35-tonnik very little.
The truck crane of AK-32 series with an arrow of 31 m is equipped by all necessary for achievement of the best cargo high-rise characteristics in a class: A "to-shaped" basic contour and the new system of removable counterbalances for versions from which one can be transported on the middle of a frame, remaining within requirements to axial loads. These innovations provide to "AK-32" the maximum loading capacity in all circular zone and on big departures.
